Pony Needles hypoallergenic needles allow stitchers with nickel sensitivities or allergies to stitch without discomfort. These excellent quality needles are made from oxidized high-carbon steel, which contains no nickel whatsoever (only iron and carbon). In addition to being nickel-free, the oxidation is meant to help with reducing glare, making it easier to see the tip of your needle against lighter colored fabrics.
Easy threading needles are general purpose sewing needles which are easy to thread. The thread can be pulled into the eye cavity rather than threaded. Easy threading needles have been designed for people who experience difficulties in threading standard sewing needles.
