Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday - Friday will typically ship within 24 hours. Any orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday - Sunday will be processed and packed on the following Monday and picked up by USPS on Tuesday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday). Because our packages are picked up in bulk by USPS, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear on the USPS website.
US Shipping
We offer Free USPS Ground Advantage Shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
We offer the choice between USPS, UPS or FedEx shipping to all of our customers. Rates are based on weight and destination. Shipping rates and delivery times are available at checkout.
For customers in the Durham area, Local Pick Up is available at our Studio on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, or during our monthly Open Studio Days.
International Shipping & Customs
Shipping insurance is included in all international shipping rates.
We offer international shipping with USPS International First Class Mail, UPS and FedEx. Rates and approximate delivery times are available at checkout.
Please be aware that if you select USPS International First Class Mail, package tracking is only available until the package leaves the United States. Once the package leaves the US and is transferred to the postal service of the destination country, we are unable to track your package or provide tracking details. If complete tracking information is needed, please select either UPS or FedEx.
Customs Fees & Duties are NOT included in shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any local duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package.
Sales Tax
In accordance with individual state tax laws, Snuggly Monkey is currently required to charge sales tax on orders that ship to North Carolina, Virginia and Illinois.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. To arrange for a return, please email hello@snugglymonkey.com.Customers are responsible for postage costs on all returns. Please be aware that the original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the damaged product. A replacement will be shipped out to you immediately at no additional cost.
Promotional Codes & Coupons
Only one coupon code may be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, discounts and/or promotions including makersPerks rewards.
Coupon codes are valid for a limited time only and expire on the date specified in the offer. Coupon codes are subject to product availability. Rain checks are not available.
